Dragon VA are happy to accept work from anywhere in the world, providing that the deliverables are in English and payment terms are agreed
Written quotations will be provided upon request, a signed agreement will be required prior to commencement of a job
If the original requirements of the job are changed following agreement, Dragon VA reserve the right to consult with the client and amend the quotation appropriately
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or into our Paypal account
Charges will be incurred by the client for any cheque presented, which is returned by the bank unpaid
Interest will be charged monthly on overdue amounts at the Bank of England base rate
Final responsibility for proofreading errors in completed work rests with the client. Any errors will be rectified free of charge if notified within 2 working days of receipt of completed work. Dragon VA do not accept liability for any errors and will be responsible for rectifying the work only. No further liability is acknowledged
Clients are solely responsible for the appropriate uses of all work undertaken by Dragon VA, including abiding by copyright laws, plagiarism laws and publishing requirements. Dragon VA are not responsible for the content of any document supplied to them
Dragon VA retain the right to reject any work for any client which involves material Dragon VA find to be illegal, immoral or objectionable
Dragon VA do not have public liability insurance and therefore cannot permit visits to our premises
Dragon VA will retain back up copies of all clients work for the period of 2 years, following which they will be deleted
Dragon VA advise clients to send documents by traceable methods of delivery, eg Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier
